Virtual Machine Manager lost the connection to the virtual machine for one of the following reasons.
Another connection was established to the console of this machine
The virtual machine has been shut down or put into the saved state
The user credentials provided do not have the necessary privilege to connect

Resolution
Để giải quyết vấn đề, thực hiện các bước sau:
- Mở VMM console.
- Trong phần Setting click Security, sau đó click User Roles.
- Chọn Administrator user role.
- On ribbon bar, click Properties trên Home tab.
- Trong phần Administrator Properties dialog box, click Members
- Xóa tất cả user chỉ hiện SID.
- Lặp lại bước 3 đến bước 6 cho tất cả các User Roles.
